My first car from Greenwood was a 1976 Chevy Chevette. My father purchased it for my graduation present. I was so pleased that we returned to buy a 1981 Chevette after I was rear ended on I680. I kept that car until 1990 when I purchased my first NEW car from Greenwood, a 1990 Cavalier. My 1990 Cavalier served me well and I sold it with 165,000 miles on it to my father’s buddy in 1998. It lasted him until 230,000 miles and I believe that he had to junk it only because he parked it in the high grass and rotted the underside.
I purchased a second new car from Greenwood in 1998, another Cavalier. I drove that for about 170,000 miles and decided it was time to trade. It took me three years to decide when it would be financially feasible and Dennis Sima was very patient and helpful, working financial scenarios periodically in those three years until I could comfortably take on a new payment. Dennis’ assistance has been exceptional.
I am now driving a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire, which Dennis told me about and assisted my purchase of, almost three years ago. I have had most of my maintenance performed at Greenwood, and even had to have a body repair after someone backed into my car. ALL of the service at the service bays and in the body shop has been exceptional, as well as the finance dept., the front desk, and cashier’s window.
I have always been more than satisfied with the service and assistance that I receive at Greenwood Chevy Austintown and I intend to continue doing business there as long as I am living in the area. Thanks to all of you and your exceptional customer service!

I usually don’t single people out or name drop but the salesperson that assisted me deserves a pat on the back. Tracy Briden did an extraordinary job with finding me a vehicle that fit my needs and price range. She took time out of her day to track down a vehicle that was EXACTLY what I wanted.
