In order to continue serving our community, Greenwood Chevrolet will be opening with updated hours under the following guidelines:

• *ALL EMPLOYEES WILL WEAR A MASK WHEN FACE-TO-FACE WITH DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS*
• APPOINTMENTS ARE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
• All walk-in customers will be greeted and escorted in by one of our salespeople.
• All scheduled appointments should be limited to the buyers and decision makers.
• All customers will work with their sales representative from a temporary workstation on the showroom floor, providing an appropriate distance while still being able to converse.
• When showing a vehicle, the salesperson should maintain a 6 foot distance between themselves and the customer.
• If a demo drive is needed, the salesperson will fill out a rental agreement for the customer. Salespeople will not go on demo drives.
• Whether a vehicle is sold or not, each one will undergo the newly designed Safe Delivery Process or Safe Return-To-Inventory Process where we thoroughly clean and disinfect them.

Our SALES DEPARTMENT will have separate hours of operation for elderly and vulnerable customers

Monday-Friday: 9-10am

Saturday: 9-10am
