The experience I had @ Greenwood Chevrolet tops all. So I am a retired , and usually have to use a cane or walker to get about. Most of the time when I go to a dealer they will hold the door for me but that’s about as far as common courtesy goes. But that changed when I ran into Colton at Greenwood. Not only did he hold up the door for me but also offered me a wheelchair. He pushed me wherever I needed to go and smiled the entire time he did. Sean was very helpful in showing us the equinox ev. His first hand knowledge was fantastic and he answered every question we had. I went in just to get some prices on other vehicles and left excited about buying our first electric car.

As I pulled into the service area l was greated with a smile from Christi, as she asked what l was there for . I was also informed that a recall was just announced on my Colorado and she got me an appointment for the next Monday morning. It's nice to go somewhere where an employee goes above and beyond. I've been a loyal customer of Greenwood Chevrolet since 1993, and with customer service like this, l'll keep coming back!!

I had a 10AM appointment for a complete cooling system flush. I had planned to wait for it to be done, but the service technician told me that they weren't sure when they would start, and offered to have a porter take me home and pick me up when the work was completed. The porter was very nice and very efficient. I waited all day and didn't receive a call. Finally I called to get an update, and I was told that the porter would pick me up after 5:00pm. Once again the porter was very nice and very efficient. But I never planned on waiting all day for that service, and was never updated on when it would be done.

My oil change was taken care of in a timely fashion. There were a handful of employees there that asked me if I needed help with anything which I replied (i'm just here waiting for my oil to be changed). They said to let them know if I need anything. My appointment was for 345 I got there at 330 they had me sign a paper and took my car right away . Another person got there at the same time as me we both went to the waiting room and waited . She got called that her car was done at 441 . I continued to wait and wait Noone asked me if I was taken care of or anything at 535( they close at 6 ) I walked to the service desk to ask if my car was done I seen it was and computers were all shut down 2 people were just sitting there talking when the girl seen me she jumped up and said oh I was getting ready to call for people.. i think I was forgotten about.. i went home contacted the guy I got the lease from (Joe) he apologized and then messaged me the next day out of the goodness of his heart and said I got you a gift card for the service center.. it was very nice that he did that

What’s the point of making an appointment if you let walk-in vehicles go first? I waited almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

Great experience !!! Service took good care of me and even provided a loaner vehicle due to the length of the service. Taylor always goes out of her way to take care of me. She is always smiling and cheerful with customers.

I inquired about having my engine coolant replaced ...Maintenance schedule suggestion.....Rich DeCapita was the individual who waited on me....He checked with the mechanics and it was OK but it may take until 4:00pm to complete....I said OK....it was offered to take me home but I said I would wait....I of course was hoping it would be done sooner...sure enough at approx. 2:00pm the work was completed...I was well satisfied

John Cefaldi, Anthony Fusillo, and Greenwood Chevrolet made the process of finding the exact truck we wanted and buying it an absolute dream. They treated us so good and were able to get us at the payment we wanted. I was in for one of my 50,000 mile maintenance (fuel service). The service techs kept everyone moving quickly at check-in, so there was not much waiting and the shuttle brought me home so I did not have to wait or impose on a friend or family member to pick me up. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I waited 2.5 hours for a call from the service department that my car’s oil change was done, I never received it, so I headed to the dealership after checking my app and seeing the job was done, I was very annoyed with the long wait for my vehicle!! I also asked why I didn’t get a complimentary car wash and was told that I had to ask for one. I wouldn’t recommend Greenwood to anyone.

He did not set up my blue tooth and the way I wanted my doors to lock. I cannot reach the hatch on the car once it is open. I am too short, he said that it cannot be adjusted.

I have always been satisfied previously with the service department. On 7/10 I had a previously scheduled appointment for an oil change at 10am.. I brought the car in 10 minutes before scheduled appointment and was checked in. At 11:30 I was still sitting in the customer waiting area. No one had spoken to me so I went down to the service area and found that the car was done and was then checked out. I was offered the reason that they got behind. I felt that if there was a delay I could have been at least spoken to about an extended wait. I think the car was finished before but they got behind and didn't get around to notifying me that it was done. I don't usually complain but I'm afraid if I hadn't walked down to service, I may have been waiting longer. I have never complained before and have respect for your employees. I feel that they were over-extended and perhaps understaffed. You need to watch out for this problem as it matters to make customers satisfied.

My only complaint would be the prices—they seemed high for work that they suggest needs to be done to keep my car in tip top shape. I’m an idiot and showed up on wrong day for appointment and they never said anything to me about it and just took me anyway which I greatly appreciated as I had been trying for 2 weeks to get in at 4:30 or later because of work and my oil life was down to 5%, just lucked out that I needed to be late for work that day because I had a roofer coming to give me an estimate and I was able (or so I thought) to schedule same day.

Simple oil change that took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I requested a check on my washer fluid, it was not listed on my paperwork. I had to go to the garage to check on my car to find the paperwork sitting on the advisors desk. He was rude and condescending. Too busy chewing a wad of gum! I’ve dealt with Rich before and never will again. All your other advisors are top notch and customer oriented. Not this guy!

I got my car in at a good time. The appointment was easy to make online. I have dealt with Greenwood Chevrolet for a long time and have never had a complaint. I plan on spending many more years there with sales and service.

The service advisors, this time it was Rich, are respectful, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I have always found them to be trustworthy. My longtime salesperson, Tim Demain, is always willing to say hello and chat even if I'm there just for service.

One hour and 15 to long for oil change.

My 2026 Equinox I only had it for 1 month and my radio system went completely out. I know things happen but it took over 5 weeks for a new radio to be ordered and for my car to be fixed. I’m sorry but that was ridiculous if you’re going to put the 2026’s vehicle out to sale you should have the parts in stock in case something goes wrong. This situation has upset me and I will never buy another Chevrolet.

This has been a difficult season for me personally in dealing with the loss of my beloved sister in June. Bobby Beshara treated me like family. Arranging the paperwork and all transactions seamlessly.

Our salesman, Vinnie, was very helpful in finding me the exact car that I wanted. He was not pushy and was very polite. When we came to get the car everything went very smoothly, from signing paperwork to being informed of all the features on the vehicle.

Christi at the service desk waited on me when I came in for an oil change, she explained everything and when car was finished she went over everything. Very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle and what service will I need on next visit.

When I stopped in Sherri got me scheduled for oil, rotation, transmission and coolant services. She gave me exact prices for each. They also checked an issue I was having with the temperature gauge and fans running and determined the thermostat was sticking and replaced that under the powertrain warranty. Everything was completed by 3:30 And the price was exactly what I was quoted.
