My experience was going really good purchasing my new 2025 Equinox until I met with the Financial Representative and he rushed me through the paperwork process saying he was behind and had other people waiting. I was not happy at all with his way of treating me as a customer.😡

I brought my NEW car in 2 weeks after purchasing it for 3 things already wrong. I was told 2 of the 3 things were fixed & the 3rd needed a part ordered already which I was not happy about on my brand new car. But I was even more mad when I realized the the other 2 things WERE NOT FIXED even after I was assured they were. It now has to go in yet again. This should not be the case when I have a very expensive new car. I am very displeased so far with my Equinox & will not recommend to anyone.

Horrible. Don't overbook your service appointments. I made an appointment a week on advance, and advised since what needed done was a quick fix, id be waiting. They sent me home, and didn't even get to my vehicle till the following day. And the cost...too overpriced.

The experience I had @ Greenwood Chevrolet tops all. So I am a retired , and usually have to use a cane or walker to get about. Most of the time when I go to a dealer they will hold the door for me but that’s about as far as common courtesy goes. But that changed when I ran into Colton at Greenwood. Not only did he hold up the door for me but also offered me a wheelchair. He pushed me wherever I needed to go and smiled the entire time he did. Kevin Lawson is the best! My 85 year old mother's lease was up and Kevin was so patient with her and got her into a new Chevy Trax. A week later he was able to get us into a beautiful new Chevy Equniox after our lease was due up in a couple months. Kevin was very kind and thorough and we never felt any pressure. He made our experience so great! we will recommend Greenwood to all our friends and family.

I came in for an oil change and Kristi told me that the emissions sensor that they had ordered for my car had just come in. They were able to complete that while I waited for my oil change. Although I have had several un-foreseen issues with my new Blazer, Greenwood has always gone above and beyond to help us, which is why we have always valued this dealership and staff.

Easy no hassle buying experience

I had a 10AM appointment for a complete cooling system flush. I had planned to wait for it to be done, but the service technician told me that they weren't sure when they would start, and offered to have a porter take me home and pick me up when the work was completed. The porter was very nice and very efficient. I waited all day and didn't receive a call. Finally I called to get an update, and I was told that the porter would pick me up after 5:00pm. Once again the porter was very nice and very efficient. But I never planned on waiting all day for that service, and was never updated on when it would be done.

I was there to have a new driver's side sun visor installed.I already had the part. The advisor was very helpful at checkout and processed a mfg coupon for me. It took an hour and 15 minutes to install. I think that was way too long.

My oil change was taken care of in a timely fashion. There were a handful of employees there that asked me if I needed help with anything which I replied (i'm just here waiting for my oil to be changed). They said to let them know if I need anything. I thought that nice of them! The engine looked especially clean with no oil spills afterwards, which I did make sure to check. My appointment was for 345 I got there at 330 they had me sign a paper and took my car right away . Another person got there at the same time as me we both went to the waiting room and waited . She got called that her car was done at 441 . I continued to wait and wait Noone asked me if I was taken care of or anything at 535( they close at 6 ) I walked to the service desk to ask if my car was done I seen it was and computers were all shut down 2 people were just sitting there talking when the girl seen me she jumped up and said oh I was getting ready to call for people.. i think I was forgotten about.. i went home contacted the guy I got the lease from (Joe) he apologized and then messaged me the next day out of the goodness of his heart and said I got you a gift card for the service center.. it was very nice that he did that

What’s the point of making an appointment if you let walk-in vehicles go first? I waited almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

Great experience !!! Service took good care of me and even provided a loaner vehicle due to the length of the service. Taylor always goes out of her way to take care of me. She is always smiling and cheerful with customers.

I inquired about having my engine coolant replaced ...Maintenance schedule suggestion.....Rich DeCapita was the individual who waited on me....He checked with the mechanics and it was OK but it may take until 4:00pm to complete....I said OK....it was offered to take me home but I said I would wait....I of course was hoping it would be done sooner...sure enough at approx. 2:00pm the work was completed...I was well satisfied

I was in for one of my 50,000 mile maintenance (fuel service). The service techs kept everyone moving quickly at check-in, so there was not much waiting and the shuttle brought me home so I did not have to wait or impose on a friend or family member to pick me up. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I also asked why I didn’t get a complimentary car wash and was told that I had to ask for one. I wouldn’t recommend Greenwood to anyone.

He did not set up my blue tooth and the way I wanted my doors to lock. I cannot reach the hatch on the car once it is open. I am too short, he said that it cannot be adjusted.

The job was completed and no one notified me my car was done the check in girl went to lunch. I didn’t appreciate the waiting when vehicle was done and nobody bothered to tell me.

I have always been satisfied previously with the service department. On 7/10 I had a previously scheduled appointment for an oil change at 10am.. I brought the car in 10 minutes before scheduled appointment and was checked in. At 11:30 I was still sitting in the customer waiting area. No one had spoken to me so I went down to the service area and found that the car was done and was then checked out. I was offered the reason that they got behind. I felt that if there was a delay I could have been at least spoken to about an extended wait. I think the car was finished before but they got behind and didn't get around to notifying me that it was done. I don't usually complain but I'm afraid if I hadn't walked down to service, I may have been waiting longer. I have never complained before and have respect for your employees. I feel that they were over-extended and perhaps understaffed. You need to watch out for this problem as it matters to make customers satisfied.

Service desk was fast and efficient. I needed a ride home and someone was there in no time to provide that service, and then to pick me up when my car was finished. My only complaint would be the prices—they seemed high for work that they suggest needs to be done to keep my car in tip top shape. Everyone was very nice though, in this day and age when customer service can be lacking. I’ve been dealing with Greenwood for over 40 years since I purchased my first new car there in 1985!!

My car went right in. I was out of the service dept. in 30 minutes. Can't beat that. Also, I was treated very well.

I’m an idiot and showed up on wrong day for appointment and they never said anything to me about it and just took me anyway which I greatly appreciated as I had been trying for 2 weeks to get in at 4:30 or later because of work and my oil life was down to 5%, just lucked out that I needed to be late for work that day because I had a roofer coming to give me an estimate and I was able (or so I thought) to schedule same day.

Simple oil change that took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I requested a check on my washer fluid, it was not listed on my paperwork. I had to go to the garage to check on my car to find the paperwork sitting on the advisors desk. He was rude and condescending. Too busy chewing a wad of gum! I’ve dealt with Rich before and never will again. All your other advisors are top notch and customer oriented. Not this guy!

Our experience with Kevin Lawson and Greg Faunda was very pleasant and professional. Both were extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and were thorough in their explanations of the different options available to us in car selection and financial options. Kevin was very patient during his explanation of the different ways to operate the buttons and switches which was no easy task! I appreciated all he and Greg did to make out purchase experience as pleasant as it could be in a unique situation. We did this twice in the span of 3-4 weeks because of an accident with the first purchase which ended up in the car being totaled. Hats off to all Greenwood employees which helped make our shopping experience a happy one.

One hour and 15 to long for oil change.

My 2026 Equinox I only had it for 1 month and my radio system went completely out. I know things happen but it took over 5 weeks for a new radio to be ordered and for my car to be fixed. I’m sorry but that was ridiculous if you’re going to put the 2026’s vehicle out to sale you should have the parts in stock in case something goes wrong. This situation has upset me and I will never buy another Chevrolet.

Routine oil change at 83,000 miles and tire rotation. I talked about a vibration. They balanced the tires and the vibration is gone.
